We climbed the stairs hand in hand and made a card for her to give to her mom and dad. She picked out the paper, wanted to include the snowflake, colored the image that we put inside and a little bit on the front. She was intrigued by the different scissors so we had to cut along the bottom.
She was so proud of herself!!
Here she is holding the card. We used the CPS sketch challenge 145. For a little "multi -genera tional touch", we used Merry Christmas ribbon we found in my husband's grandmother's old sewing box!
She also helped decorate the tree the last couple days. She carefully hung each ornament, some of them had "to go up high so Elise can't reach them"!! Little sister is just a little over 2 and not quite so careful with the ornaments.
Check back for a post with Elise's picture!
