CPS Challenge & Copics Class
I am taking a Copics Class and our assignment this week was to color an image to match a paper and then we could make a card with the image. If we used a challenge, we got "extra credit"!! I chose the CPS Year in Review Week challenge. I used sketch #194, paper is BG Kioshi, not sure where the free digi is from, the sentiment is SU, the Paper Studio gemstones & flower, and Memento tuxedo black ink:

Merry Christmas FWF!!
Welcome to a very merry Friends With Flair courtesy of Unity Stamp Co.! Check out their blog HERE for the list of everyone playing along this week! Check out their sales HERE!
I really didn't expect to play along this week. I have kids and grandkids home for the holidays. BUT....I needed one more little gift so found these ceramic tiles and made these coasters in about 10 minutes. The Memento rich cocoa ink really bled as the ceramic is so porous but I like how it pretty much filled in the inside of the image! I added little felt pads to the back so they don't scratch any surface.
I've used this little guy a lot in the last month, just can't stop loving him! He is from the {ippity} set Sing a New Song. (Go to THIS PAGE, click on page 3, scroll down.)
Have a blessed Christmas weekend and
may God bless you in the New Year!!

Snow Day{s}
One thing is certain when you live in Minnesota...there will be winter storms. This year is no exception, this is our third "measurable" snow. At least we didn't get as much as "The Cities"! Being snowed in is good for lots of things...like getting the house and tree decorated! Also got some Almond Clusters made for gift giving.
And here is the view from my kitchen window this morning after the wind went down. Yesterday we couldn't see past the big barn!

Our ornaments are just a mixture of old and new, homemade and purchased, keepsakes and gifts:
Remember in all the hurry and festivities of December that Jesus is the Reason we celebrate Christmas!!
